You have such great items but your service is not up to the standard. Refunds should be made as soon as possible and cannot be delayed. and i don't really understand how come you did not transfer it back when you have the transaction dtails when I purchase your item. So fishy.

The owner is REALLY a friendly person, willing to go the extra mile. I was panicking when I didnt receive my Tee (Via Normal Postage). By right, every single blogshop owners will state that they wont be responsible for lost mails under normal postage. However, This owner here is willing to help by checking her returned mails. (: & here I go, I received my Teeshirt! ^^

ReplyDeleteWhen I didnt manage to get my shoes aft she had mailed it for 5 days, I panicked and wrote her an email. In the email, I sounded pretty harsh as I was anxious and worried if she was cheating my money. Instead of replying me impatiently or rudely, she politely explained the situation to me and it turned out that the mail had been returned to her due to an address error. I was taken aback by her attitude. She is really nice and considerate and I would definitely join any of her future sprees. ;-)

Hey owner of c-osmetics, I have not purchased any thing from you before but i definitely will some day as the range you carry for your sprees is wide and really awesome. However, i hope you can state the sizes for all shoes under the pictures, as it is confusing to see shoes you offer without a size range provided.
